Goods must not be returned without prior approval of Magid Glove & Safety Manufacturing Company LLC. If the reason for the return is Magid's fault or that of the manufacturer, we will rectify cheerfully and promptly correct the problem without customer expense. If the reason for the return lies with customer, Magid will do everything possible to minimize customer's expense or loss. However, Magid reserves the right to make reasonable charges for handling and restocking. Returned goods must be in first class saleable condition, solid case lots only.
