These safety tags allow you to customize with a name, department, and employee specific photo I.D. The MLS4801 safety tags are made with durable polypropylene with a PVC laminate overlay that resists water, grease extreme temperatures and common industrial chemicals. Featuring a brass grommet that accepts all Master Lock and American Lock safety padlocks and hasps, these safety tags can withstand over 50lbs. of pull force and complies with the OSHA lockout/tagout standard.
