A valued partner in safety to thousands of companies since 1946, Magid proudly offers its own signature Magid branded products as well as products from such top-quality brands as 3M, Ansell, Showa-Best, Moldex, MSA, Sperian, Uvex, and many more. Utilizing a state-of-the-art warehouse management system, Magid ships 95% of its orders within 24 hours of receipt from the world’s largest PPE inventory of over 30,000 items.

Q: Does Magid have sales people?
A: Magid’s sale force covers all continental 48 states, Mexico and Canada. You can arrange a contact by visiting the
Sales Office Locator. Our sales people are highly trained and can help with all of your PPE needs.

Q: Why should I sign up for an account with Magid?
A: If you have an account with us, you can checkout faster, save orders that you make often so you don’t have to build a cart for each one, create a personal wishlist of items you order frequently, and track all of your orders on your My Orders page.

Q: Where can I find the Customer Number that Customer Service Representatives are asking for?
A: This number is located in the My Account section, but if you have not signed up for a Magid account, you will not have a customer number.

Q: How can I place orders?
A: Magid offers multiple channels for your purchasing convenience:

  1. Order online
  2. Call toll free 800-867-1083
  3. If you have an account with Magid you can fax or email your order to your Magid sales person.
  4. Magid can accommodate orders from purchasing systems that use EDI, XML, Punch Out and many more formats.

Order Status

Q: If I order today, when will my items ship out?
A: If you order in-stock products by 12 pm CT we guarantee that the order will make it out that day. Many orders made after that time will ship out the same day but cannot be guaranteed. In a rush? magidglove.com offers Second-Day Air or Next-day air options. All air freight orders made before 3:30 pm CT will ship that day.

Q: How can I track my order?
A: You have two options to track your orders:

  1. When logged in to your account you can click on "My Account" and then click the "My Orders" tab. To see more details of a particular order click the "Tracking" button next to the order.
  2. You can also refer to your shipment tracking email where you will find a tracking number.
Q: How long do you keep my order history?
A: All of the locations/orders are kept for the past 6 months. Once in "My Account Details" you can click on the "My Orders" tab to view all orders.

Q: Is my online order secure?
A: We use SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption to protect every order. Also, our servers are located at one of the few PCI compliant hosting facilities in the world, just another measure we have taken to ensure the safety of our ordering system.

Q: Why does magidglove.com require cookies?
A: We require them so that magidglove.com can recognize your computer, but the cookies carry absolutely no personal information. Our system merely recognizes your computer and displays the information that we have stored for you on our servers. This allows you to come back to the site without logging in, making for a more convenient online experience. If you do not want to take advantage of the cookies, just log off after each session.

Q: Do you have more products than you are showing on your website?
A: Magid has over $30 million of inventory in our warehouse, and we sell over 65,000 different safety related items. If you do not see what you are looking for on our website, call us at 800-867-1083 to talk to a customer service agent or, better yet, arrange a meeting with one of our sales people using the
Sales Office Locator.

Q: What is my password?
A: Click on the "Forgot Password" link. Enter in your username in the blank space and click on "Retrieve Password". Your password will be emailed to you shortly.

Q: How can I apply for tax exemption?
A: If you are a non-taxable customer, please fax your tax certificate to Magid Glove and Safety at 773-289-9274. Include your telephone number and order number if applicable. You can also email your tax certificate to taxexempt@magidglove.com.

Your order will be taxed and a refund generated as soon as we have received approval from our Tax Department.

Q: Is it possible to get a discount?
A: Magid offers various price breaks:

  1. Quantity Price Break - If you buy a full case of most items Magid will charge you a discounted price.
  2. Large order Quotes - If you make large orders on a frequent basis, you may be eligible for further discounts.
