How to Buy Rainwear and Hi-Viz Clothing

Thousands of injuries occur each year due to weather and visibility hazards. It’s important to keep workers warm, visible and dry when the weather is at its worst.

Magid® offers a variety of high-visibility rainwear that includes chemical protection, ARC protection and flame resistance.

Disposable Rainwear

More portable and often offers a wider range of motion than reusable rainwear.

Reusable Rainwear

Flame resistant and selfextinguishing qualities are combined with waterrepellent materials.

Hi-Viz Rainwear

In heavy rain, visibility is drastically reduced, making hi-viz rainwear important for maintaining line-of-sight and worker safety.

Cold Resistant Rainwear

While rainwear is, by definition, waterproof, some cold resistant clothing goes a step farther to ensure the wearer doesn’t freeze in the rain with features such as heat-sealed seams for 100% waterproof protection, thicker materials and high loft linings for added warmth.

Hi-Viz Clothing

Hi-viz clothing is measured in two ways: class and level. Class regulates the minimum physical size of the reflective material and level measures material brightness. Magid offers a complete line of hi-viz clothing up to Class 3 (the highest level designated by ANSI) protection.
