We provide an accurate and efficient dielectric glove testing for both new and in-service electrical rubber gloves, supporting all classes from Class 00 through Class 4, including multiple lengths (11"–18") and cuff styles. Our testing process is designed to help identify failures early, extend glove life, and ensure your PPE program remains audit-ready.

Customers can easily ship their electrical rubber gloves to our testing facility using the detailed instructions provided after order confirmation. Once received, gloves are logged, tested, and returned with full documentation—ensuring a seamless process regardless of your location.
Shipping Instructions & Order Confirmation
Magid will auto e-mail or fax a confirmation to you with the order number and lab shipping instructions after you place your order Please write the order number given on the outside of the boxes and place a copy of the confirmation inside one of the boxes.
Magid will enter your gloves into our computer system by class, size, length, cuff type, color and brand once they receive them. The computer system will then generate an auto e-mail or fax to inform you of the arrival of your gloves, highlighting any quantity discrepancies. Gloves with a specified future testing date will be stored until said date arrives. Otherwise, testing will begin immediately.
How Our Testing Process Works
- Cleaning & Drying – Gloves are washed and dried to prepare for inspection
- Visual Inspection – Inflated gloves are checked for defects and recorded
- Electrical Testing – Gloves are tested using voltage and timing standards per ASTM F496
- Failure Identification – Defective gloves are removed, recorded, and stamped
- Final Inspection & Certification – Approved gloves are date-stamped and documented
- Reporting & Return – Gloves are returned with a detailed test report outlining results
