The 3M® E-A-Rsoft™ Grippers™ Earplugs (E901GRC / 312-6001) are corded, disposable roll-down foam earplugs built from soft polyurethane slow-recovery foam. Unique grip rings along the tapered, bullet-shaped body help create a noise-blocking seal, particularly for workers with larger earcanals, in high-noise manufacturing, construction, and heavy equipment environments.

These earplugs achieve a Noise Reduction Rating (NRR) of 31 dB and carry CSA Class AL certification, delivering reliable hearing conservation across a wide range of hazardous noise exposures. They are also compatible with the 3M E-A-Rfit™ Validation System for individual fit testing.

  • Soft, pliable foam provides extended wearing comfort during long shifts
  • Roll-down insertion allows the plug to expand within the earcanal for a secure, conforming fit
