Product Details
This compact 5 1/4" x 3" hasp from Accuform fits in the palm of the hand, and holds a specially designed lockout tag and secures with a padlock (sold separately). The hasp is molded in lightweight, durable, all-dielectric plastic. Insert the open end of the 1/4" wide loop to lockout the device. The hasp hangs by the 1 3/8" x 2 3/4" closed oval loop. To install, simply fill out the lockout tag and insert the top hole over the octagon-shaped tab inside the hasp, and close down the 2 1/4" octagon panel to hold the tag in place. The important lockout message and sign off information will stay visible. Slip the open loop end into the open side of the hasp and brace in place securely by up to three padlocks. The hasp features a bright safety red color and contrasting black hasp with an unmistakable stop-shaped octagon front panel shield - and contains a visible lockout tag that is replaceable.
