The MCR Safety Big Jake® BJ38JH PVC/Nomex® Flame-Resistant Rain Jacket amplifies the sturdy, reliable construction of the brand’s gloves while providing ANSI Class 3 visibility. Flame resistance is built into the jacket’s design. This starts from the PVC/Nomex® material, which keeps the wearer dry and provides a degree of protection against select thermal hazards. To ensure you have the protection needed on the job, each rain jacket meets ASTM F1891 standards for Arc and Flame-Resistant Rainwear and has earned a rating of HRC2/CAT2 with an Arc Thermal Performance Value (ATPV) of 8.9 cal/cm₂] . For thorough coverage, each Big Jake® PVC/Nomex® Flame-ResistantFR Rain Jacket is equipped with an attached drawstring hood and adjustable hook-and-loop wrist closures. A cape vented back with D-ring access improves breathability during wear, helping release body heat. Two front patch pockets offer storage for essential gear. In providing ANSI/ISEA 107 Class 3 visibility, each rain jacket helps you stay seen with a fluorescent lime color and two-inch silver reflective strips.
