The Magid® D-ROC® GPD487 is a 13-gauge, seamless machine knit cut-resistant work glove built on a Hyperon® shell and finished with a RepTek Grip® clear silicone palm coating. Rated ANSI/ISEA 105 Cut Level A5, it delivers high-level hand protection in a cool, lightweight package suited for demanding industrial environments.

Tested and approved by H.B. Fuller and PPG, the GPD487 is engineered specifically for industries where sealant, hot melt, and sharp-edge hazards are present. It meets ANSI/ISEA 105-2016 for Cut Level A5, Abrasion Level 6, and Puncture Level 3 (EN 388:2003).

  • 13-gauge Hyperon® shell is cool and lightweight, delivering exceptional comfort alongside reliable ANSI A5 cut protection for all-day wear.
  • RepTek Grip® silicone palm coating provides superior dry grip and increased heat resistance, reducing hand fatigue and improving control in demanding conditions.
  • Silicone palm construction delivers strong adhesion resistance, actively preventing sealant and hot melt buildup on the glove surface.
  • Shield graphic is color-coded by cut level to allow easy compliance identification from a distance, supporting safety program management.
  • Color-coded elasticized overcast serves as a visual sizing aid and reduces cuff fraying, with distinct colors assigned per size (purple through white, sizes 5 through 12).
  • Machine washable per laundering guidelines (35 to 40 degrees C, no bleach, air or low-heat tumble dry) for extended service life and lower total cost of ownership.
  • Certified to ANSI/ISEA 105-2016: Cut Level A5 (ASTM F2992-15), Abrasion Level 6 (ASTM D3389-05), and Puncture Level 3 (EN 388:2003, Clause 6.4).
