1. When I do electric work, do I need to wear extra pair of rubber insulating glove inside? or just this one is enough to prevent arc and shock?
Cause I see a lot of leather glove on amazon but all have a line says "for use with Rubber Electrical Insulating Gloves"

Yes, you will need to use this glove in conjunction with the appropriate rubber insulating glove. This glove alone will not protect you from any electrical hazards.
