I am looking for care/ cleaning instructions for these Kevlar sleeves

These sleeves are made with NyGuard Blended Material. Laundering - it is recommended that the sleeves be machine washed. The water temperature cannot exceed 40°C/104°F. Do not use

bleach. The sleeves can be air dried or tumbled dry on low temp.
