Does the honeywell eye wash require a weekly or monthly check? Does the water solution require mixing?

Fendall Pureflow 1000 Maintenance Check List

You must inspect the following conditions on a monthly basis.  Failure to properly service and inspect the product may result in serious personal injury. 

Inspect the area in front of the unit to ensure it is clear of obstructions.
Inspect the area beneath the reservoir to ensure that it is clear of obstructions.
Inspect the drain spigot and sure that it is closed.
Inspect the solution expiration date on the fastening straps for expiration
Remove back cover and ensure that platens are unlatched and sitting on the top of the bags. Replace cover.
Inspect and verify that both solution cartridges are full and intact.  Replace if needed
Ensure that eyewash sign is prominently and properly displayed.
Inspect and ensure that the tamper seal is in place and intact.
