will this material stop liquid fuels from penetrating? What are its temperature and exposure time limits?

Hello, This will not stop any liquids from penetrating. The item has not been tested for thermal heat transfer so we do not have the data. Aluminized fabrics are engineered to reflect radiant heat form molten metals.  Thank you
