This Clift Industries Acid Eater Battery Acid Spill Kit — 1006-001 — is a comprehensive emergency response solution engineered to safely contain, neutralize, and dispose of battery acid spills in industrial environments. Housed in a durable green 5-gallon round plastic pail with a 12" diameter and 15" height, the kit is compact enough for quick deployment at workstations, battery charging areas, and forklifts. The Acid Eater Absorber and Neutralizer uses a proprietary pellet formula that absorbs more spilled acid while requiring less cleanup effort, and critically, does not generate hazardous dust clouds or leave harmful residues behind. This kit complies with OSHA Regulation 1910.178(g), which mandates that facilities maintain the means to neutralize spilled electrolyte acid, making it an essential component of any battery maintenance or forklift operation program.
