The Magid® D-ROC® Black Hornet™ PCT455 is an 18-gauge, 3-layer seamless machine knit work glove built for extreme cut and puncture protection. Constructed with a lightweight Hyperon® shell and a 3/4 crinkle latex palm coating, the PCT455 is engineered for professionals in assembly, machining, automotive manufacturing, metal handling, metal fabrication, and construction.
Tested to ANSI/ISEA 105-2016, the PCT455 achieves ANSI Cut Level A9 (ASTM F2992-15) and ANSI F2878 Level 5 Hypodermic Needle Puncture Resistance - delivering top-tier protection in a comfortable, dexterous package.
- 18-gauge Hyperon® shell delivers dexterity, breathability, and all-day wearing comfort in a lightweight construction
- Crinkle latex palm coating provides superior abrasion resistance and a reliable dry grip for secure handling of sharp parts and materials
- Puncture-resistant liner on the palm and fingers offers dedicated protection from needlesticks and other sharp objects
- Color-coded elasticized overcast acts as a visual sizing aid and helps prevent fraying - grey (6), blue (7), green (8), red (9), black (10), orange (11)
- Color-coded cut level shield graphic on the back of the glove allows for quick visual identification of cut protection level from a distance
- Machine washable using soap or detergent at 35°-40°C/95°-104°F; air dry or tumble dry on low - no bleach, no direct sunlight
- ANSI/ISEA 105-2016 compliant: Cut Level A9 per ASTM F2992-15 and Hypodermic Needle Puncture Level 5 per ASTM F2878
