The Magid® T-REX® Arctic™ Series Waterproof Thermal Impact Glove (TRX540W) is a 15-gauge seamless machine knit winter work glove engineered for cold-weather industrial environments. Built with a DuraBlend™ shell, Insulcore™ Extreme Thermal Lining, Aquagard™ waterproof membrane, and a hi-vis orange NitriX® Grip Technology sandy nitrile palm coating, it delivers multi-hazard hand protection for workers in oil and gas, construction, and heavy manufacturing.
Rated ANSI/ISEA 105-2016 Cut Level A5, ANSI Level 4 Puncture Resistance, ANSI Level 6 Abrasion Resistance, and ANSI/ISEA 138 Impact Level 2, the TRX540W satisfies rigorous performance benchmarks across cut, puncture, abrasion, and impact hazard categories. The hi-vis yellow and orange color scheme supports worker visibility in low-light conditions.
- Insulcore™ Extreme Thermal Lining: Thin, lightweight 7-gauge acrylic fleece liner delivers ultimate cold-temperature protection without adding bulk, preserving full hand dexterity during work.
- Aquagard™ Waterproof Membrane: Guaranteed waterproof barrier actively repels moisture, keeping hands dry in wet and liquid-heavy environments.
- DuraBlend™ 15-gauge seamless machine knit shell: Provides comfort, dexterity, and reliable 360° cut protection across the palm and back of hand.
- M-Force Defense System®: Soft and flexible thermoplastic rubber (TPR) pads across the knuckles, fingers, and palm deliver ANSI/ISEA 138 Impact Level 2 protection without sacrificing comfort or range of motion.
- NitriX® Grip Technology palm coating: Hi-vis orange sandy nitrile palm coat delivers a rock-solid non-slip grip in oily, wet, and liquid-intensive applications.
- Reinforced PVC thumb crotch: Strengthens the highest-stress wear point on the glove for extended service life.
- Extended fingertip coverage: Full fingertip coating provides additional protection against pinch-point hazards.
