The Magid® ChromaTek® CT500 is a 15-gauge, seamless machine knit cut-resistant glove built on a Hyperon® fiber-blended shell with a black polyurethane palm coating. Designed for workers requiring cut protection alongside bare-hand dexterity, the CT500 is available in black, blue, red, pink, and purple shell colors to improve worker visibility and compliance on the job.

Tested to ANSI/ISEA 105-2016 standards, the CT500 delivers ANSI Cut Level A2 resistance per ASTM F2992-15, ANSI Abrasion Level 6 per ASTM D3389-05, and ANSI Puncture Level 4 per ANSI/ISEA 105-2001 Clause 6.4. The glove also carries an EN Cut Level 3 rating. Not liquid proof.

  • Hyperon® fiber-blended shell: High-density 15-gauge Hyperon® construction contains more yarn filaments than standard PE synthetic fibers, delivering exceptional cut protection, enhanced breathability, and form-fitting comfort throughout extended wear.
  • Seamless machine knit construction: Seamless design eliminates pressure points and seam irritation, maximizing dexterity for precision tasks including small parts handling and machinery operation.
  • Black polyurethane palm coating: Channels away oils to provide reliable grip in dry, wet, and light oily conditions, outperforming plastic and nitrile coatings while preserving tactile sensitivity and hand mobility.
  • Multi-color shell availability: Brighter colors increase worker visibility during compliance checks; darker colors hide dirt and grime to extend glove service life and reduce replacement costs.
  • Certified ANSI/ISEA 105-2016 performance: ANSI Cut Level A2 (ASTM F2992-15), ANSI Abrasion Level 6 (ASTM D3389-05), and ANSI Puncture Level 4; also rated EN Cut Level 3.
  • Knit wrist with color-coded over-edge and rubber band finish: Reduces fraying, provides a visual sizing aid for quick identification, and allows for easy donning and doffing.
  • Machine washable for extended service life: Launder in slightly warm water not exceeding 40°C/104°F with a mild, non-ionic detergent and tumble dry low to maximize reuse and lower per-use cost.
  • Ideal for high-dexterity protection applications: Suited for appliance manufacturing, automotive assembly, shipping and receiving, material handling, general assembly, and maintenance tasks.
