The Magid® ROC® General Purpose PU50ESD ESD Polyurethane Palm Coated Nylon Work Glove is a 15-gauge, seamless machine-knit glove built on a 100% stretch nylon shell with an ESD-rated polyurethane palm coating. Designed for professionals who handle electrostatic discharge (ESD) sensitive components, it delivers precise dexterity, reliable grip, and certified static protection.
Tested to ANSI/ISEA 105-2016 standards and ESD certified to EN16350, this glove meets the demands of electronics assembly, circuit board manufacturing, SMT assembly, and any application requiring safe handling of ESD sensitive items.
- ESD-Rated Polyurethane Palm Coating: Minimizes build-up of static electricity and prevents damaging static discharge, keeping sensitive electronic components protected during handling.
- 15-Gauge Seamless Machine-Knit Nylon Shell: 100% stretch nylon provides a lightweight, breathable fit with excellent tactile sensitivity and dexterity for precision work.
- EN16350 ESD Certified: Palm coating meets EN16350 electrostatic discharge certification requirements for jobs demanding verified static dissipation performance.
- ANSI/ISEA 105-2016 Compliant: Rated ANSI Level 4 Abrasion Resistance (ASTM D3389-05) and ANSI Level 2 Puncture Resistance (EN 388:2003, Clause 6.4) for added hand protection.
- Touchscreen Compatible: Allows seamless interaction with touch-sensitive electronic devices without removing the glove, supporting efficient assembly and testing workflows.
- 100% Silicone-Free Palm and Shell: Minimizes residue transfer to sensitive electronic devices, ensuring clean, contamination-conscious operation.
- Color-Coded Elasticized Overcast: Fray-reducing overcast is color-coded by size for quick visual identification: gray (6), blue (7), green (8), red (9), black (10), orange (11).
- Machine Washable: Launder in warm water not exceeding 104°F (40°C) with a mild, non-ionic commercial soap; rinse in cold water and air dry away from direct sunlight to preserve anti-static properties.
