The Magid® T-REX® Flex Series® TRX883 is an 18-gauge seamless machine knit impact glove built on an AeroDex® engineered yarn shell with a VersaTek Grip® Technology palm coating and thermoplastic rubber (TPR) impact pads covering the back of hand, fingers, and fingertips. Engineered for high-risk industrial work where simultaneous cut and impact protection are required, the TRX883 delivers ANSI Level A8 cut resistance at over 50% less weight than a comparable HPPE glove.
Tested to ANSI/ISEA 105-2016 and ANSI/ISEA 138-2019, this glove achieves ANSI Level A8 Cut Resistance, ANSI Level 6 Abrasion Resistance, ANSI Level 3 Puncture Resistance, and ANSI/ISEA 138 Impact Level 3 - with Level 3 protection confirmed on both knuckles and fingers. Ideal for oil and gas rigging, heavy and light construction, mining, steelwork, automotive, metal stamping, and glass handling.
- AeroDex® engineered yarn delivers extremely lightweight ANSI Level A8 cut resistance that is 50% lighter than a traditional HPPE shell of the same cut level, reducing hand fatigue during extended wear.
- 18-gauge AeroDex shell construction provides unmatched dexterity and tactile sensitivity, and is specially engineered to keep hands cooler than comparable cut-resistant gloves.
- VersaTek™ Adaptive Coating Technology on the palm delivers unmatched durability while flexing with natural hand movements, enabling precision handling of small parts in wet, dry, or oily environments.
- M-Power Defense System™ provides heavy-duty back-of-hand impact protection in a unique honeycomb TPR design engineered for maximum flexibility without sacrificing protection coverage.
- Integrated TPR ventilation system allows for 9 times more airflow than a standard impact glove, keeping hands cooler during demanding tasks.
- Touchscreen compatible fingertips allow users to safely operate electronic devices without removing the glove, maintaining continuous hand protection on the job.
- Reinforced thumb saddle enhances durability at a critical high-wear point, extending the service life of the glove.
- Color-coded overcast on the knit wrist cuff serves as a visual sizing aid at a glance and reduces edge fraying over time.
- Machine washable using soap or detergent at 35°-40°C (95°-104°F); air dry or tumble dry on low - do not bleach or dry in direct sunlight.
