The Magid® T-REX® Rebel Series® TRX889 is a driver style impact glove engineered for jobs demanding simultaneous high cut and impact protection. Its premium goatskin leather shell pairs with an 18-gauge AeroDex® cut-resistant liner - 50% lighter than traditional HPPE - and M-Force Defense System® thermoplastic rubber (TPR) impact protection across the back of hand, fingers, and fingertips.
Tested to ANSI/ISEA 105-2016, the TRX889 achieves ANSI Cut Level A9, Abrasion Level 3, and Puncture Level 3. Under ANSI/ISEA 138-2019, it earns Impact Level 2 overall, with Level 2 protection on knuckles and fingers/thumb, making it a strong choice for rebar work, conduit pulling, and demanding heavy construction environments.
