The Moldex® 7940 P100 Filter Disk is a NIOSH-approved particulate filter replacement for Moldex 7000, 7800, and 9000 Series reusable half-mask and full-face respirators. Its low-profile disk form factor is lighter than traditional cylindrical filter cartridges, making it well-suited for workers in industrial, construction, and manufacturing environments who need reliable particulate protection throughout extended shifts.
These filter disks meet 42 CFR Part 84 standards for respiratory protective devices and deliver 99.97% or greater filtration efficiency against both oil-based and non-oil-based particulate aerosols. The keyless bayonet-style attachment allows connection from any position on compatible respirators, streamlining donning and doffing during shift work.
PVC-free construction for reduced chemical exposure during wear
Attaches to the Moldex 7920 Piggyback Adapter to combine P100 particulate filtration with gas and vapor protection
Approved for worksites where lead, asbestos, inorganic arsenic, or cadmium hazards are present
Ideal for welding, woodworking, metal cutting, brazing, spray painting, pharmaceutical manufacturing, and construction applications
Four-year shelf life supports bulk purchasing and long-term inventory management
Sold in pairs (2 per bag); packaged 30 bags per case for high-volume jobsite supply
