The Moldex® Mellows® M6820 is an uncorded, disposable foam earplug constructed from extra-soft, low-pressure polyurethane foam for reliable all-day hearing protection. Delivering a Noise Reduction Rating (NRR) of 30 dB, it is designed for workers in high-noise industrial environments who require maximum attenuation combined with exceptional lightweight comfort during extended shifts.

The Mellows M6820 is independently tested to meet ANSI S3.19-1974 and is rated to AS/NZS 1270:2002 Acoustics — Hearing Protectors, achieving an SLC80 of 22 dB, Class 4, for use in Australian and New Zealand markets. Its 100% PVC-free construction makes it a suitable option for workers with sensitivities to PVC-based materials.
