Product Details
Tempshield EBL Cryogenic Glove, Elbow Length (Large) is a blue, multi-layer insulated glove designed to help protect hands and forearms during ultra-cold work. Its extended cuff provides coverage to approximately 18 inches for tasks where additional reach protection is needed in cryogenic and cold-room environments.
This glove is intended for protection from hazards of ultra-cold temperatures when exposure to cold vapor or incidental splash may occur. The design is not intended for immersion in liquid nitrogen or other cryogenic liquids.
- 100% waterproof construction that uses a thin, seamless GORE-TEX® liner to help provide breathable spill and splash protection
- Thermal protection rating down to -196°C (-320°F) for ultra-cold handling applications
- High-dexterity finger design supports grip and control when manipulating tools and containers
- High-performance inner lining helps wick moisture away from hands for extended wear comfort
- CE Category III certified to EN 511, EN 388, and EN ISO 21420
- Commonly used for dispensing or transferring cryogenic liquids and removing samples from open cryogenic containers where splash risk exists
