One of 8 available styles in the CC20 series, this hood is made of tough, durable Tychem QC (Tychem coated with polyethylene) and provides excellent splash protection against many acids, bases and other liquid chemicals. For protection from a wider variety of chemicals select the 20SIC hood instead. This unit features an dual bib design (an inner and outer bib) for added protection. It accepts a replaceable snap-in suspension (not included) and has a wide angle lens that offers the best visibility in the industry. The patented inflatable neck cuff design provides superior, comfortable protection, while delivering airflow directly into the workers breathing zone. These hoods are durable enough to reuse, yet economical enoughto discard after each use, depending on your application. Approved by NIOSH for use in Type C applications, the CC20 Series is ideal for pharmaceutical manufacturing, chemical/pesticide handling, spray painting/coating, and nuclear operations. In fact, the Bullard CC20 hood has an Assigned Protection Factor (APF) of 10,000!
