Master Lock's 480 Rotating Gate Valve Lockout Device features a 1-1/16" (30mm) depth and 3/4" (19mm) stem opening for 1" (25mm) to 3" (76mm) diameter valve handles. The lockout device surrounds the valve operating handle to protect against accidental valve opening. The unique, patented rotating design allows for easier installation in confined space applications.
