Implement a Daily Safety Drill
Every day around 1:00 p.m., we take time to do what we call "the two-minute drill." Everyone stops working and takes two minutes to inspect their work area. If something is out of place or needs to be fixed, we make those changes before returning to the job. This is an efficient way to get employee ownership and build your safety culture.
