Limitations of Warranties

The manufacturer disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability and of fitness for a particular purpose. Determination of the suitability of the material for the use contemplated is the user's responsibility. User assumes all risks resulting from the use of our products and must confirm suitability thereof by its own tests. The manufacturer liability will in no event exceed the purchase price of the materials sold.
