I offer our workers steel-toed tennis shoes so they’re more comfortable and look and feel like everyday shoes. I call it “secretly safe.” Some of these new shoes look so good, I have to tap on their toes to be sure they’re wearing steel-toed and not regular shoes! Looking good makes workers want to wear the right shoes for safety.
